I made it the 10 days and quit because I was tired of waking up with a sore throat. I've been off of it for 5 or 6 days and I'm disapointed in myself. I felt better when I was on the diet. I don't think I gave my body enough time on the diet to make a significant change. I'd like to go back on it but I don't know if I would be doing my body more harm by jumping on and off of it. Can sombody tell me if it would be safe to go back on the diet for another 10 days or so?
