Re: Slightly Injured Myself and Would Like Some Input on How it Happened

Weak cell walls around your body- the attempt of kill-the-cucumber upped your bloodpressure temporarily, and you ruptured a membrane up in the head. The physics of ramming something against the washing machine rebounded up at your head area, and your muscles and ligaments weren't sturdy/braced enough to steady that location up in your head.

the byproduct of the digestion of resistant fibers is needed for maintaining membrane strength in the fourth most common celltype in the body- epithelial cells. If your sinus cavities are weak, it is because there is not enough butyrate in you to help trigger integrity there and trigger immune system reactions against the mold.

a chronic mold infection will also effect the quality of protiens in your skeletal-musculature- those that steady repercussion (resisting concussion, etc). Protiens are used in the fighting off of fungal spores..

and butyrate and boron inhibit their growth and spread in the body.

If you're still living close to the moldy situation, get a quality dehumidifier and get your air good and dry, and then see to the health of your mucous membranes. Iodine, vitamin B1, salt, selenium and butyrate helped even things out for me.

Search youtube for 'molecular effects of butyrate' for an explanation of how it maintains the health of mucosal (epithelial) cells. Cheapest source of it is from fishing shop suppliers as n-butyric acid on ebay.

Cell membranes are comprised very much of essential fatty acids and cholinergic compounds, by the way. Oil pulling, chicory tea and veggies are good things ;)
