Re: Mirena and Autoimmunity

Wow. This just opened my eyes to what a had a suspicion to this entire time... I received my Mirena at my six week check-up after having my son last December. I have since been diagnosed with guttate Psoriasis and been suffering from unexplained anxiety and restlessness at night. I've been to multiple doctors and a naturopath, and have had a bunch of bloodwork done trying to expose a possible autoimmunity issue, but no dice... No topical or oral steroids did a thing as well. I'm getting my IUD removed immediately. Thank you so much. Tweet
