Need help identifying weird objects in stool

Can anyone help me identify what these weird things are in my stools? I've been taking humaworm and I see these regularly:

- Long red thin hollow worm-like bits
- Yellowy squidgy balls with white bits inside
- Flat unrolled red tomato skin

I also have this weird sensation throughout the day in my ball sack. It feels like theres loads of small things moving around down there and then it goes. I also see my leg move too, it looks like something is prodding the skin from the inside.

Literally stuck with what to do!
