Buy a CD generator. I have a older model silver puppy (silver puppy.com)…the newer ones can be programmed, but you don't have to.

There are others also, so it would be best for you to decide which one, and follow their directions for that model. 

Most come with everything you need except a magnetic stirred, which I recommend

Use distilled water only. Clean the silver rods after each batch.

You can buy whatever items you need at the same link except the distilled water.
