Please help!! What are these things!

Hi all. I'm hoping you can help me identify what I have been finding in my stool. About 1 week ago I did 1 dose of Dr. Daniels Candida Cleanse (very small amount of turpentine). Since then, I have been passing white rice like specks in my stool. clear plasticy looking pieces, and rolled up tomato looking things. I have not felt well for about 10 years so I imagine I have quite a bit in there. Also, I tested positive for blood in my stool during the Fecal Occult Blood Test performed by my doctor. Do parasites/worms ever cause internal bleeding that would come out in the stool. I am a young female with a history of constipation and bloating. They are sending me for a colonoscopy but of course I am fearing the worse (colon cancer). Can anyone please tell me what these are!? Thanks so much!
