What changed in your life one year ago? You must have done something that upset your immune system.

Did you get a new dog? Dog dander can cause cascading allergies.

Did you move into a new house or apt? Mold in your environment can cause cascading allergies.

Did you move to a new city that has major air pollution? Did you get a new job? Indoor air pollution can be a major factor.

Think really hard about what you changed in your life a year ago. Then reverse that change.

Also consider that major immune system problems like yours can take more that a year to develop. So think of what changed in your life TWO or even THREE years ago.Please let us know what changed.
