It's my first time water fasting. I felt really tired after 3 days and then my mom came offering my ice cream. Of course, i ate about 2 t.s. and really regret it. Now it's the third day of my Water Fasting break and til now -besides that ice cream- i only ate fresh fruits and fresh fruit juices, sometimes with milk and sugar.
Can i now eat whatever i want? Mum made that delicious soy bean recipe but it's fried so i don't know.
Help mee i'm suffering!
Btw i'm a 15 year-old girl.
