How tall are you? You can very easily lose 13 lbs. just walk everyday for twenty minutes. 10 days is a good goal to fast some weight.
But if you really want to continue, eat raw plant based foods after your fast and no processed foods. Processed foods are a big contributors to this nation's (US) obesity issue.
Drink water when thirsty.
