Propranolol & flukes

I took a dose of propranolol yesterday and a couple of hours later, I saw a bowl FULL of orange-red flukes in my daily enema.

Does anyone know if propranolol kill flukes? Or maybe it stuns them. I also have problems with low body temperature, and propranolol seems to elevate my body temp, so a higher body temp might be what killed those flukes?
