Will there be any difficulty in breathing after rhinoplasty surgery?

My DD is 13 years old and she has a crooked nose. She is sad that everyone is making fun of her nose So I thought that a nose surgery may help her to regain her confidence level. I have decided to take her to the Rhinoplasty Centre in Toronto for the nose surgery. Is 13 years old, too young to do rhinoplasty surgery? Will there be any difficulty in breathing after the surgery? Can anyone share your experience here? Thanks!!
