Re: I need a medical Sherlock Holmes to look at these test results
"Here is the most important fact on this page: since vitamin D is required for humans to absorb calcium in their intestines, a low vitamin D cannot ever be the cause of high blood calcium. This fact is not debatable. Thus, if you have a low vitamin D and your calcium is above 10.0, then the high calcium in your blood must have come from somewhere else other than your diet (it came from your bones). Thus, if you have a low vitamin D, and a calcium level above 10.1, then you are almost guaranteed to have primary hyperparathyroidism and need surgery to remove the parathyroid tumor. A low vitamin D cannot ever be the cause of high blood calcium. "

You're calcium levels have hit the high threshold haven't they - in those various tests you've had.
It's something to definitely consider, and not ignore...especially coupled with threshold low Vit D levels.
Like you said, your age could account for the higher Calcium levels, but as you'll understand from the quote above, high calcium and low D indicates a parathyroid dysregulation, and i would imagine, as they are talking about the physical chemistry of the body, that the above quote applies to all age groups.
Also on that website they show in the many thousands of patient records that those people who had calcium levels over 11 didn't necessarily have more or worse symptoms than those who had levels of 10.4.
I would suggest, if you're in the USA, then go to one of these parathyroid specialists who can check over your levels and do the necessary scans.
The most interesting test would be to get your PTH (parathyroid hormone) levels checked.
I wish i was in the USA, the most useful knowledgeable doctors pushing cutting edge research are there, and i'd remortgage my house as many times as possible to afford such conscientious medical care!
Here in Ireland we're told to go out and have a good time and not to worry so much...lol..no matter what medical condition you're in!
I want to be clear, i have no idea if your parathyroids are out of whack, you're test results show it should be looked into more.
What the root cause is - it's up to you to keep an open mind about all possibilities causing your health state.
It's easy to think 'aha - it's that' and discount other investigations.
I'm mentioning just 1 route to go down to eliminate or confirm cause, going by your extensive test results.
