Want to wean down Sea Salt.

Just wondering. Short of living off Potassium Broth (which I can do once in a while, but because of work/school, won't be able to)... are there any other ways to make sure that my sodium levels stay up and my electrolytes are balanced and I stay hydrated?

Is Celery and other raw produce really enough sodium for someone with adrenal stress? (tapering Valium and Hydrocortisone)

I've been eating about 1.5tsp of Sea Salt on foods to support my blood pressure and adrenals for the past few years, and as I taper down on my meds and start restoring my body, I want to wean off, but I'm afraid to do so.

Ps: I also want off because I don't want to stress my kidneys... I really need to cleanse them and don't want to put stress right back on them from eating salt.
