SBOs (Prescript-Assist) plus Iodine

Hi,
It's my first post here.
My English is quite rusty...sorry for that.

I've recently been advised an Iodine treatment for my thyroid (a few drops of Lugol's pr day). But I was wondering if it wouldn't be counter-productive while taking SBO probiotics (great product by the way). What do you think?
Would the Iodine attack the SBOs?
