Wisdom Teeth Removal - negative effect on face, considering implants

I've had my top two wisdom teeth removed several years ago and am concerned that it's had an adverse effect on my appearance - my face shape has changed, narrower, eyes droopy, chin more recessed. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm interested in getting implants, but having trouble finding someone willing to do it.

Here's someone posing the question to a dentist online. Dozens of people responded in the comments section stating their negative experiences as well.

Just curious if anyone has experienced this, what they've done about it, and if anyone has been able to get implants to replace the removed teeth.

Thanks for reading.
