Magnetic Machine / Magnetic Therapy

anyone know who builds magnetic machines? someone told me about one that is built with HUGE magnets. It is said to be very powerful. I don't know what its actually called but its not a magnetic pulser. It is something someone built and they have built several units. I've heard a few people have them in Texas. The person that told me wont give me any additional information.
