Rehamannia for adrenals

I would like to ask about who used Rhemannia in small doses of it, whether it was preparred or standarized extract.

I planning to use dried Paresely tea

Rhemannia.

and possibly rhodolia rosea,in this regime


The reason of me planning to takie rehemannia is because it seems more cateogrized into kidney and adrenal reviving.


The use of pregnelone, Dhea, didnt give me any major change, just more exhaustion and irregular cortisol lowering.
