The picture shows a serious infection. You may not see any of those white mucus filaments in your stools but if you do an enema after a poop you probably will see some. The majority of the yeast lives in the cecum which is a the beginning of the colon. And if you have even slight constipation the delicate yeast will get so compacted into the poop that you won't see it at all (but it's there). Tweet
