I ordered some K2 as my blood pressure is often 130/90 to 150/100. Kind of high by American standards.

Logically I should get an ultrasound to see if I have any blockages. If I do I'll probably get on the k2 plus serrapeptase.
I have blood pressure medicine that works well to get the pressure normal, but it doesn't fix the underlying cause.
