Spinal decompression therapy for back pain?

Hi all,
I have chronic back pain and fatigue in my body, my chiropractor in Oakville chiropractic centre suggested me to do a spinal decompression therapy treatment to get rid of the pain. I don’t have any idea about this treatment. Is there anybody who had done this for your back pain? Please share your experience. Thank you in advance.
