Re: Obesity - Gut Microbiota induces brain inflammation

The main issue with obesity seems to be related mostly to the problem of eating wrong type of diet which wont feed the right probiotics enough in human gut.

These probiotics are know to keep body weigh more normal:'

-Akkermansia muciniphila

-Christensenella minuta

-lactobasillus Gasseri

Also other "good" probiotics can help those 3 to grow,so it really is important to have good probiotics in the gut.But thats not all, studys have shown that prebiotics can help also a lot those anti-obesity bacterias to grow, and so eating no fiber food or very litle fiber is not good , we need to feed the good bacterias if we want them to grow more,so they can reduce fat.

There is a problem with prebiotics however, if have also bad bacteri they can also have fuel from prebiotics, but i am not sure who wins on the long run, it is still possible that when the good bacterias are feedet long enough time they might take the full dominance position and keep the bad bacterias away.

It`s just so long story, so i give just the links where to read more, I think it would helpfull and educating for all of us if someone with better linguistic/grammar knowledge would do a short sum up with those and clear guide to normalize gut microbiota so one could normalize weight and other health problems, sorry but at this moment im too lazy for that :)
