Tried the cal last night and to my surprise I had a complete night of uninterrupted sleep!. . . .compared to my usual 3 or 4 hrs and jumping out of bed with 'ants in my pants' and grabbing 'the brush'. BUT. . I paid a price later as my morning shower burned like hell. I think my skin is a little too sensitive for this.
Has anyone else tried this?
