Re: Fasting newbie looking for support, advice, encouragement?

Thanks, that was a helpful answer :)
I hadn't thought about doing a longer-term raw food "cleanse" like that. Sometimes I do it for a day or a few days, but that's it.

I decided to go ahead with a 36-hour fast, as it feels like my body is on the brink of resolving some other issues thanks to the rest I gave my taxed digestive system...

My last meal included sauteed spinach and raw broccoli, and it was so good! I think I could definitely green it up for a month with some good willpower prepared.

Although, sometimes if I eat too much plant fiber and not enough meat, I get stopped up too. Wonder what that's about.
