Is this seborrheic dermatitis or something else???

Im not 100% convinced I had Seborrheic Dermatitis , I have a soild red rash on both sides of my face next to my nose and under the eye about 1/2 an inch. And 2 spots on each side as far as my mustache area goes. The rash is very defined and doesn't taper off it goes from soild red to normal skin. Its very itchy and stings when I start to sweat. The flaking is minimal and can be easily removed with a pair of tweasers. Ive been putting lotrimin AF on it and its stoped the dryness and cracking and flaking ill try to upload a picture so you can see it. It comes and goes but this time ive had it for about 2 weeks. Dandruff on the scalp is minimal but I went from a full head of hair to a full on receding hair line in about 2 years.
