First of all I would take some turmeric everyday say 1 tsp before bedtime, milk thistle, dandelion, and eat lots of greens for a few weeks. Avoid heavy foods, meats cheese, butter, milk and other processed foods. Have an apple a day also apple juice and apple cider vinegar as much as possible in your diet. Then do the flush, I like Dr. Clark protocol.
LF is amazing, you will feel so much better with one flush, but it may take several flushes every three weeks for you to be totally clean.
