What is this?

Does anyone know what this is?
I am now on day 11 with Humaworm.
On day 6 it came massive amounts of what I now know was flukes. Leaf-shaped, perfect symmetry, the biggest of the few I checked was 2,3 inches in length.
It was my first time diving down to see, it was shocking, and I thought I could wait to next time to take photos, but I have not seen them again, so far.
Some other things have shown up though, and I wonder if anyone can help me identify ? It seems to be three (at least) different things here . Any clue?
I sent some photos to Humaworm and they said it was flukes and segments from tapeworm. But what is what? Two of the things looks like seeds, but different from each other , I guess the rolled, thin ones are flukes. I have not had seeds in my food for a very long time.
