I have Lyme and candida. I feel I need to take probiotics (Even though I react horribly to them). Some say fermented foods are gentler than probiotic pills so I bought some Bubbies sauerkraut but now I'm worried about the amount to take. Do I need to take the exact same amount every day with scientific precision in order to prevent having a horrible reaction to it? Would I be better off taking pills since they might have a more consistent probiotic count?
Would Florastor be better than other types of probiotics?
