Stainless steel is chock full of a dangerous heavy metal...nickel. Turns out nickel is the most common metal allergen of all, moreso than mercury. Stainless steel is 10% by weight this dangerous metal. Looks like stainless steel may be disinfo. Glass or cast iron are much safer.
