I suggest you start taking D.E. (diatomaceous earth) I suggest Permaguard. 1 TBSP, morning, & night. I find it works well mixed into 1 8oz. cup of natural applesauce, or any liquid, or food source. Adjust this dose accordingly of D.E. if lesser amount of apple sauce, or food item.
Also take garlic, or cayenne pepper fresh, or in(gels) to calm them down! Don't take the pepper at night, it raises the metabolism, not so much with garlic. This is the only sudden temporary relief I ever get from these little bastds!
I also take Melatonin, or Ambien to sleep, depending on how strong I need it to be at the time.
