Nope, I didn't Colon Cleanse beforehand. This morning I had several bowl movements. First one was black and tarry floating. Several subsequent movements were lighter, but looked dark brown with tons of mucus on it. Not feeling so well today, maybe it's related to the vomiting yesterday. I'm laying low today, and drinking lots of gatorade and water.
