Remove them all!

I found vicks to burn myself. Reeses Pin-X is just Pyrantle Poamate in a pill form. I used the Pyrantel liquid from E-Bay, or Amazon, it didn't help much. I'm still battling pinworms, but the virgin coconut oil, or athletes foot spray on the butt, really cut down on the activity.
