just got a check up w/ an internist. told that my constipation is the cause of my Body Odor . i can say that i'm constipated all the time because theres no regular bowel movement. it takes 2-3 days. So i have so many bloating and stomach pain.
upon that:
the doctor gave me supplements and diet, no meat and more physical activities.
breakfast: only fruits and ginger hot drink + exercise
lunch : vegetables, rice and avacado shake
dinner : vegetables, rice and fruits
one more thing chew the food slowly so enzimes will properly develop according to food intake
