I'm sure you're not having any trouble finding references just by googling "seizure tapeworm".

I did this research over a year ago. My sister had a small stroke, acquired epilepsy, B12 absorption problem, scarring in urethra, overactive bladder, etc. I thought many of the symptoms sounded like parasites.

She had every brain and neurological test imaginable. Nothing was found.

A few months later she had a heart attack which she survived, then another stroke while in the hospital and then died after 2 months in the hospital. She was ready to be released when she died. The hospital could not figure out why she died.
