Vivid dreams are common to have on WF.

Samy, I have to tell you from my own experience and that of many on the forum, that while WF will help you lose weight, you will gain all of it back and more unless you refeed properly. A nutritionally starved body will want to eat in excess and a WF depletes your nutrional reserves. So you'll likely end up making poor choices during refeeding like many of us have and regain the weight.

The only way to ensure a maximum net loss depends on what you put back into your body after the WF. What a WF does is prepare your body to absorb nutrients well, so may I suggest that you do a juice fast following your WF? Perhaps 21 days of WF followed by another 21 days of juice fast?

Try and keep the juices as green as possible, so limit vegetables grown underground (carrots, beets) as they have a high glycemic index and all that Sugar is not ideal for weight loss. Also, limit fruit and don't mix fruit with vegetables. I like to make a juice with celery, kale, spinach, herbs (parsley, mint etc) and lemon.
