Is anybody awake? the left side of my head and ear just went numb.

I don't want to go to the dr. route, catscans/surgery. Its been moving around my body for several days, I've felt it from top of head down neck to abdomen and back up, I've agitated it with garlic, carrot juice, its moved to left side of head my hear is numb, its heavy feeling too. I'm scared. Husband already went to bed. Anybody had anything like this?
