Hep C treatment ,pinworms 4 weeks in.

Hi,I was diagnosed w/ Hep C ,and started treatment ,24 weeks of Sovaldi,and Ribavirin, I have been told I've had this for at least 20 tears,My hepascore was (R) ? .90 (H). Whatever that means,Anyways about 4 weeks into this treatment I noticed itching ,and found ,using the tape test ,I have pinworms, I am worried about using the over the counter medicines and would ask anyone if they have heard of this,is it common, will use of Reeses pinworm medication lessen the chances of cure rates,I am genotype 3a and am on now week 7 of a 24 week treatment plan, My specialist has ,unfortunately not gotten back to my several messages I've left ,i regards to this issue. It is so miserable a feeling,constant itching discomfort my intestines feel tied in knots. .Any advice would be geatly apprciated ,thanks.
