Day Nine- Lessons Learned.
Almost there.
Although one can stay on this cleanse for a while, it is going to be "10" for me.
Ten is one of the perfect numbers and is a "completeness of order".
Nothing is wanting, and the whole cycle is complete.
I have received my instructions in returning to normal eating (a few days down the line yet...)- and I am to only eat 1/2 of what was my normal portion. Eat it slowly and thankfully... and pack up the rest for later. A good plan.
I don't want to waste the lessons learned during these past nine days.
Like most things, it is all a matter of one's perspective. The battle indeed is in the mind.
If I can indeed believe that "this" (whatever that is) is GOOD for me, then things become much more bearable.
It has become more than just trying to loose some poundage for me, it has become a new perspective.
I hope that whoever reads this (I seem to be the only person on a cleanse right now chatting on this forum... cricket chirp...) gains hope and a renewed vision of themselves and what is good for their body.
Stand tall - and "hold your head up!" (...another good tune from Argent back in the day.)
