Most powerful detox foods/supplements

Hi guys,

I was wondering what are the most powerful detox supplements/foods???

I never really considering detoxing as I didn't believe it worked. My problems are chronic fatigue and chronic Body Odor however I recently decided to give coconut oil a shot and my god.....the fatigue is still there but its basically greatly reduced my Body Odor The problem is I get major detox symptoms however this can only be a good thing coconut oil is doing something in my body and I want more of it.

From my own impression I gather the other good supplements to detox with are chlorella/chlorophyll but what else is there???

So I ask you??

What are the MOST powerful detox supplements which detox the whole body naturally??

P.S.
As I understand garlic is quite powerful but I have a hard time finding non-irradiated garlic in my local area. Is organic garlic non-irradiated??
