No oral syringe on hand can I use measuring spoons?

I don't have a syringe other than an empty Black-Walnut Wormwood complex bottle with the dropper thingy. I found this conversion measurements online, can I use this to start taking my valbazen?

0.5 ml = 1/8 teaspoon
-- 1 ml = 1/4 teaspoon
-- 2 ml = 1/2 teaspoon

I understand that 3.5 ml equates to 1 400mg tablet.
