Dr Wilson Adrenal Fatigue protocol

Good Morning, I hope I am doing this right.
I was diagnosed with Adrenal Fatigue about 3 months ago. I have had the cortisol test and was nearly flat lining. I have been on Dr James Wilson's Adrenal Protocol along with magnesium supplements. I have a history of autoimmune disease (coeliac, psorasis)I am peri menopausal (on bio identical hormone replacement). Since being on the protocol I have significantly reduced my dairy intake and Sugar intake. About a month into the protocol i was feeling a lot less tired and had even started sleeping through most nights. I then started getting diarrhea. I stopped the magnesium supplements but the problem was still not resolved.

My question is, has anyone else heard of problems with Dr Wilson's protocol?
