Hey guys just touching base with you I'm feeling better then I've ever been since I switched it up to distilled h2o and organic vegetables & fruits. I'm currently on day 7 of breaking my 38 day Water Fast typing this down on my toilet due to healthy bowel movement back in effect for the first time! A big thank you to InCharge.I've been drinking mainly carrot, apple, celery, and tried kale for a bit, and introduced chicken broth the recent past two days. The only solid food I've had are apples so far. No more nausea, a great amount of energy being replenished, and I'm feeling grrrrrrreat!
