First of all, you need to take probiotics to regenerate the gut microbial that you lost due to the Antibiotics .

As a general rule, feed for equal number of days as your fasting days by feeding with good plant based foods.

Also do a colon cleanse, kidney cleanse and then Liver Flush after you re-feed for 3 weeks.
