Monotony Breakers


Monotony breakers -

What kinds of things can break up the monotony of the same drink day after day (...after day)?

Make up the lemon aid in a blender with ice cubes to get a refreshing change of texture...

Heat up a mug of hot water and sip...

Try using a few limes now and then ...

Chew on ice chips... lick the inside of the cut lemon or lime...

Bump up the cayenne now and then...

Get busy with something other than thinking of "how boring" this cleansing routine is!

This cleanse is only for as long as YOU choose it to be... be that 10 days or longer. Know your own body. What works for other people (say a longer cleanse,) may not be what your body needs. Each body is different - relax... listen... breathe.

Your body IS getting fuel, that is all this is... just in a liquid form - even if it is the "same old thing".There will be a time ahead to eat again normally and healthy.

This too, will pass!
