Hmmm, thinking about it, it may be that the dentist gives you a local anesthetic, but even then I think you can proceed with fasting. The anesthesia will hold a little stronger and you may feel a little sleepier at the end of the procedure (revisit friend driving / cab advice), but even so I think it will be OK in the end. Tweet
