Iodine and Autism

I am up to 75mg per day at this point, along with the companion nutrients and have upped to 255mcg of selenium daily.

As I posted before, I am autistic.

It's early and this could be entirely placebo, but I have noticed some of my autistic traits changing.

I don't look down constantly while walking, I look up far more instinctively. I can look people in the eye more than I have in the past, and I feel like being around people more. Usually, I just want to isolate and stay alone.

I am going to try this for 3 months and report back what happens.

I wonder if Iodine deficiency has a role to play in autism, since it has such a crucial role in cretinism/intellectual development.
