Bad detox reaction ??

I have been fighting gallbladder pain for 3 weeks. I am 4 weeks postpartum. I have been juicing beets/carrot/cucumber and fresh apple juice daily. I wasn't having any relief so I started coffee enemas. I did one 3 nights ago with just 2 tbs of coffee without much change. Then last night I did one with 1 cup coffee and 1 cup water. (I realize now that was too much).

I had a lot of feces come out immediately following the enema.

Today I felt fairly well until around 5pm. I was feeling slightly dizzy with mild upper back pain. I went and laid down. I woke up 90 min later.... Unable to focus to read, very dizzy,, unable to form full sentences, felt completely disoriented and like everything was echoing in my head and moving very slow. I immediately had the longest bowel movement I have ever seen in my life.

The disorientation continued and I felt totally out of it. Like I was on drugs. Unable to hear well and I could barely speak. I got very scared and went to the ER.

They found nothing wrong and the episode mostly resolved about 2 1/2 hours later.

I am wondering if this could have been a detox reaction. If so, how can I keep it from happening while still trying to heal my gallbladder issues. By the way my gallbladder pain that was an 8 on a 1-10 scale before starting the enemas is now a 2 or 3.
