im also eating 4 cloves of garlic a day..
it kills the candida and it really helps on detoxing

im also stay away from crabs and sugar..
coz we know that candida eats Sugar then they will multiply..

i was thinking if i really dont have a leaky gut but only candida?

hope the doctor that will look at me is useful, coz i saw a lots of post that doctors only do lots of test, but it didnt help..
