Hi, thanks for your reply! I'm glad you're feeling better. I have cut out all sugars and as much carbs as I can but sometimes I go hypoglycemic so I eat a piece of fruit and I feel better. Otherwise I can't function.. I train at the gym as well so I need a bit more energy than normal. I'm taking Epsom Salt baths to draw out toxins anyway as I have Lyme. Nothing really seems to be working yet :(
