Re: Reducing TMJ pain: What worked for me

Great! I have an alternative solution for TMJ pain. Physical therapy! Physical therapy is one of the best treatment methods for TMJ pain. I had taken my treatment from a TMJ pain relief center in Toronto, they had tried jaw exercises and alternative therapies like heat, ultrasound, ice along with the muscle relaxant drugs and other medications. It really worked. Now, my muscle pain is reducing and I’m happy with this treatment. but if anyone is opting physical therapy for TMJ, you have to strictly follow the instructions of your therapist and should take care of your food habits and lifestyles.
