Parasite Cleansing during the Master Cleanse

Hi,

I'm kind of new to all this but started reading on here and trying out some things because of atopic eczema all over my body. I have had some eczema problems when I was younger but then it dissapeared for a very long time. Now it's back and it's way worse.

So I'm already on the parasite cleanse (Clark method) and I'm going to do a liver flush today. After this I want to start the Master Cleanse. I'm already on a very strict histamine free diet for a while. 

My question is if I can go on with the parasite cleanse program while I'm on the Master Cleanse?
Also any advice on how to get rid of my atopic eczema as much as possible is always welcome!
